A Resolution honoring the life of Marine First Lieutenant Travis Joseph Lemma Manion, United States Marine Corps, who paid the supreme sacrifice in the service of his country on April 29, 2007, at the age of 26 when he was killed during combat operations in the Al Anbar province, Iraq, while serving his second tour of duty assigned to the 1st Reconnaissance Battalion, 1st Marine Division, 1st United States Marine Expeditionary Force based at Camp Pendleton, California.
