L. 251, No. 102), known as the "Industrial and Commercial Development Authority Law," creating the Pennsylvania Economic Development Financing Authority as a body corporate and politic with power to borrow money and issue bonds and other evidences of indebtedness; and providing for powers and duties of the Pennsylvania Economic Development Financing Authority.
