An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, in administrative organization, abolishing the Department of Drug and Alcohol programs; in powers and duties of the Department of Health and its departmental Administrative and Advisory Board, transferring the Department of Drug and Alcohol's powers and duties to the Department of Health; and, in powers and duties of the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, making a repeal.
