Short Title:
An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, providing for the powers and duties of the Department of Labor and Industry in job creation; and making inconsistent repeals of certain provisions of the Public School Code of 1949, the Public Welfare Code, the Pennsylvania Adult and Family Literacy Act, the Project Independence Act and the Job Enhancement Act.
