An Act amending Titles 16 (Counties) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes by: --In Title 16: In general provisions: In salaries: providing for counties of the third class, for counties of the fourth class, for counties of the fifth class, for counties of the sixth class, counties of the seventh class, for counties of the eighth class, for counties of the second class, for recorder of deeds, for register of wills, for court personnel and salaries, for power of the county commissioners to fix salaries of county officers, for multiple officeholders and salaries and for salary of controller, recorder of deeds and clerk of courts in counties of the third class. In fees: providing for Orphans' Court in fifth through eighth class counties, for Orphans' Court in second through eighth class counties, for additional fee for initiation in second class counties, for prothonotaries and civil judicial records offices in second class counties, for establishment and modification of fees in second class counties, for additional fee for initiation in second class counties, for payment required, for County Records Improvement Fund and for clerk of courts or director of criminal judicial records fee.
