Short Title:
An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements; and providing for the offense of selling or furnishing liquor or malt or brewed beverages to minors resulting in injury or death, for protection of consumers from having spyware deceptively installed on their computers and for criminal and civil enforcement.
