Subject: | Resolution honoring the Success of the Glen Mills Schools and its Staff |
In the near future, I will be introducing a resolution to honor the Glen Mills Schools and its staff in Delaware County commemorating their hard work, dedication, and success. The Glenn Mills Schools is a private residential rehabilitation school for court–adjudicated male delinquents between the ages of 15 and 18 years of age. The school was founded in 1826 as the Philadelphia House of Refuge and has provided continuous service for more than 180 years and is the oldest existing school of its type in the United States. The residential program provides effective long-term behavior changes and life skills to its male residents so they can succeed in life. Please join me in honoring the Glen Mills School and its staff for their long term dedication and service to the youth of Pennsylvania. |
