An Act providing for unannounced inspections of certain facilities and persons that provide child day care; requiring criminal history record and child abuse record information for certain persons who reside in family day-care homes; providing for information on prospective child-care personnel and for dangerous child day-care facilities; and conferring powers and duties on the Department of Public Welfare and law enforcement agencies.
