Short Title:
An Act amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, codifying and amending provisions relating to child protective services; further providing for the payment of costs incurred in the apprehension, prosecution and detention of children who escape or commit crimes while under commitment in an approved delinquency program, for access to and disclosure of certain confidential information and for confidential communications with sexual assault counselors; and making a repeal.
