David H. Brogan

Parliamentarian

• Born in Scranton, PA in 1981, David obtained a B.S. in Public Policy from Penn State Harrisburg in 2004 and a J.D. with a Certificate in Public Law from Oklahoma City University in 2007. David began his career with the House of Representatives as a Bi-Partisan Management Committee Fellow in 2003 and went on to work as counsel to Speaker Keith McCall, Leader Frank Dermody, Leader Joanna McClinton, Parliamentarian to Speaker Mark Rozzi and was most recently named Parliamentarian to Speaker Joanna McClinton. David resides in New Cumberland, PA with his wife Monica.
