Short Title:
An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), entitled "The Administrative Code of 1929," requiring independent agencies of the Commonwealth, and the General Assembly and its agencies, to comply with the same procedures for the procurement of goods and supplies and the procurement of services as required for executive agencies; and making repeals.
