Short Title:
An Act amending Title 72 (Taxation and Fiscal Affairs) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, redefining "children," "financial institution" and "lineal descendants"; providing for a credit for estate taxes paid by the estate of a resident decedent to other states; imposing an estate tax on nonresident decedents; further providing for applications for refund of inheritance and estate taxes; and making technical changes.
