Short Title:

An Act amending the act of November 30, 1965 (P. L. 847, No. 356), entitled "Banking Code of 1965," permitting the formation of mutual holding companies; authorizing mergers of savings bank holding companies and their wholly-owned subsidiary savings banks; further providing for legal holidays; authorizing certain banks to become members of a Federal Home Loan Bank; providing for change of location; providing for pledges for deposits; and providing for reciprocal interstate operations for savings banks.
