An Act amending Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for the definition of "children's advocacy centers"; further providing for immunity from liability, for release of information in confidential reports, for studies of data in records, for investigating performance of county agency, for citizen review panels, for services for prevention, investigation and treatment of child abuse and for reports to department and coroner; and providing for release of reports.
