An Act establishing a uniform crime reporting system; requiring all county and municipal law enforcement agencies to report the nature and volume of crime occurring within the respective jurisdictions; and authorizing the Pennsylvania State Police to collect and gather information on crime, make annual reports and promulgate rules and regulations.
