An Act providing for the establishment and operation of an independent commission to be known as the Pennsylvania Travel and Tourism Commission and for the powers and duties of the commission; transferring certain powers and duties from the Department of Commerce and the Office of Travel Marketing to the commission; providing for a dedicated revenue source from certain sales tax revenues; and making an appropriation.
