Subject: Duties and Membership Guidelines for Youth Workforce Development Councils (Formerly HB 81 of the 2011-2012 Legislative Session)
 
In the near future, I plan to re-introduce legislation establishing official guidelines for youth workforce development councils in Pennsylvania.

The purpose of these youth councils is to develop and oversee workforce development programming for individuals between the ages of 16 and 24 within each local workforce development region of the Commonwealth, to ensure that the maximum number of eligible youth are being represented and served.

Please consider joining me in co-sponsoring this legislation.
