Short Title:
An Act amending the act of July 9, 1987 (P.L.220, No.39), known as the Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors Act, further providing for legislative intent, for definitions, for licensure, for the licensing agency and its functions, for licensure qualifications and procedure, for reciprocity and for license reinstatement; providing for restrictions on use of title "Licensed Bachelor Social Worker"; and further proscribing unlawful practice.
