Short Title:
An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, requiring school boards to adopt and implement policy regarding recommendation of the use of psychotropic drugs for school children; and providing for a limited defense to child neglect or abuse for refusing to consent to the administration of certain drugs.
