Short Title:
An Act amending the act of June 26, 1992 (P.L.322, No.64), known as the Agriculture Education Loan Forgiveness Act, amending the title; adding the definition of "agriculture-related industry"; and further providing for the definitions of "family farm," "family farm corporation," "immediate family member" and "qualified applicant" and for the Agriculture Education Loan Forgiveness Program.
