In the near future, a six bill package will be introduced which focuses on issues regarding freedom in the workplace. They will give workers the right to decide where they work and what organizations they join. We request your support in pursuit of freedom in the workplace. Description: | House Bill 50 (Metcalfe) This legislation would prohibit employment from being conditional upon membership or non-membership in a labor organization. Compulsory dues would be prohibited for non-union members and would apply to both public and private sector employees. |
