Short Title:
An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, authorizing the use in clubs of games of chance registered with the Department of Revenue and providing for their registration upon payment of an annual registration fee, and tax, to be paid into the State Lottery Fund for the purpose of providing property tax relief for the elderly and local transit for the elderly.
