Subject: Two Year Budget Cycle-(Former HB 241)
 
There have been many inquiries regarding the element of the two year budget cycle which has led us to introduce it as a separate proposal.

We believe that in order to combat escalating costs and inefficiencies, a two year budget cycle would be beneficial. Additionally, it would provide actual figures for school districts and municipalities to base their budgets off of in the upcoming year and provide the ability for improved long range planning.

In the near future, we will be working together and intend to introduce this legislation. We hope that you will join us in implementing a new era of lawmaking in Pennsylvania.
