Subject: Cosponsorship: Rep. Payne - Random Acts of Kindness Day - Recognizing former First Lady Mary Jane Leader
 
I plan to introduce a resolution that would recognize Sunday, April 7, 2013, as Random Acts of Kindness Day in honor of former First Lady Mary Jane Leader birthday as she was known for her dedication to providing service to others.

Please join me in paying tribute to a unique lady who was a true example of kindness to others and inspired us to do the same for our families and in our communities.
