Subject: Co-Sponsorship- Provides for Wildlife Conservation Officer’s duties relating to Title 75 (Vehicles).
 
In the coming weeks, I intend to reintroduce former House Bill 693.

The proposed legislation would amend Title 34 to allow for added enforcement powers, as far as vehicles, within the scope of the duties performed by wildlife conservation officers. Currently, wildlife conservation officers are not authorized with provisions of Title 75 (Vehicles).
