Subject: Prescription Drugs- Tampering with a Package
 
I will be re-introducing legislation from last session (SB 538) specifically targeting the growing problem of prescription drug diversion.

This legislation prohibits an individual from tampering with a package or receptacle containing a lawfully manufactured controlled substance. The offense would be graded as a felony.
