Short Title:
An Act amending "The First Class City Permanent Registration Act," approved March 30, 1937 (P. L. 115, No. 40), further providing for registration, for the number and compensation of election commissioners, for the appointment, compensation and duties of employes and counsel of the commission, for voter registrars, for periods of registration, for penalties and for acts performed on Sundays and holidays; and changing witness fees and the age for registration.
