Amendment adds the requirement that to legally hunt on private land on one of the three Sundays established by the bill, the hunter must have written permission from the landowner. It also creates and offense of Hunting on Sunday Without Written Permission, the penalty for which is a summary of the 3rd degree with a fine of $250-$500.
