House Committee Roll Call Votes

Amends HB 1325 to expand and clarify what a second class township can assess a reasonable and uniform fee for various storm water projects and that the township may consider granting property owners credits for installing and maintaining storm water facilities that meet best management practices. The amendment also establishes that the fee maybe assessed in one of three approved methods and that any money collected by a storm water fee can only be used for the for projects spelled out in the legislation and cannot be used for general fund projects.
