| Brief Description |
This amendment makes technical corrections throughout; and removes the requirement that family conferencing be offered annually; requires the county agency to consult service providers and attorneys when preparing for the conference; allows the family to determine whether the discussion is private; removes the requirement that the family develop the service plan, but rather a plan; and clarifies that a court must approve the plan developed at the family conference, in court involved cases.
