| Brief Description |
Amends bill by providing that a lockbox for the receipt of prescription drugs from the VA be installed at a secure location at a long-term care facility and accessible by the pharmacist or his representative only. Defines the terms "lockbox" as a cabinet, safe, container or other structure to contain medications that shall be securely locked. Also defines the term "means" as the placement of a lockbox at a location at the long-term care facility.
