Brief Description
This legislation would amend the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No. 2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, in sales and use tax, further providing for exclusions from tax. The amendment would exempt from sales tax the retail sale and installation of repair or replacement parts to be used exclusively in aircrafts or aircraft components and would require the Department of Revenue, Department of Community and Economic Development and Department of Transportation to publish an annual report regarding the impact of this exemption.
