Brief Description
Removes provision requiring that the value of a mobile home or house trailer be reviewed every three years and inserts language requiring that when determining the actual value of the mobile home or house trailer, the assessor must consider the value placed on mobile home or house trailer in a national directory or valuation guide prepared by an association that analyzes mobile home and house trailer sales. The amendment also changes the effective date of the bill to January 1, 2011.
