This amendment re-works the text of the bill without changing its substance. New subsection (a.1) would be divided into paragraphs (1), and (2), with the definition of the offense contained in (1), with (2), used for a comprehensive definition of the term ‘employee’, to include all those persons whom the bill seeks to cover with its prohibition. New subsection (a.2), would likewise be re-worded by this amendment, while remaining applicable to what the amendment calls ‘child care centers’, (as opposed to ‘child care services’), which are comprehensively defined in subsection (b), definitions. (day-care centers, group homes, rehabs, youth camps, etc.)
