House Committee Roll Call Votes

Removes the requirement contained in the legislation for municipalities to determine whether a proposed application for change in land use or development would have regional significance and impact. Also removes language requiring a county planning commission to notify contiguous county planning commission(s) regarding a proposed change in subdivision, land use, or land development. Requires municipalities that are considering a proposed subdivision, land development, or change in land use to provide notice of receipt of the application and the municipality’s intent to consider the proposed change to any contiguous municipality and the school district in which all or part of the change of land use is located.
