House Committee Roll Call Votes

This amendment would clarify that the PUC has the authority to order a reconnect and payment arrangement for a terminated customer. It also deletes the "three personal contacts by utilities prior to termination provisions in the current bill". It also eliminates the PGW $10 field visit charge in the current bill. Finally, terminations (even in winter) shall be allowed for tampering or other safety reasons.
