This legislation would amend Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for ignition interlock. The amendment to this legislation would require payment of an additional $100 fee for application for a restricted license and issuance of an unrestricted license to eligible individuals 1 yr. after issuance. Further, the amendment would change the definition of "prior offenses" and would alter the mandatory suspension of operating privileges under the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
