Requires an employer to set up a reserve fund within their pension fund after they are fully funded. This reserve account is to be used by the employer to maintain a reserve amount of 15% of the funds total value to offset any losses the pension fund may endure. Once the employer has established a reserve of 15% any excess funds placed in the account are to be distributed to members savings accounts as excess interest credits.
