House Committee Roll Call Votes

Amends the Vehicle Code (Title 75) to extend the maximum allowable length of school buses to 45 ft.; make revisions to factory built housing transport under permit moves and clarify the use of one pilot car for vehicles greater than 13 feet but 14 feet or less in body width in such moves and the time periods for transport as well as complying with convoy regulations. Also amends the section on accidents involving death or personal injury to change the mandatory minimum sentence from one year to three if the victim dies.
