Short Title:
An Act authorizing the Department of General Services, with the concurrence of the Department of Environmental Protection, to lease to Pier 35 1/2 LLC, or its nominee, land within the bed of the Delaware River in the City of Philadelphia; affirming the authority of the General Assembly to enact certain conveyances; authorizing the Department of General Services, with the concurrence of the Department of Environmental Protection, to lease to Penn Treaty Views LLC, or its nominee, land within the bed of the Delaware River in the City of Philadelphia; and affirming the authority of the General Assembly to enact certain conveyances.
