An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the definitions of "emergency vehicle" and "school bus"; providing for a special registration plate for veterans and members of United States military airborne units; and further providing for lighted lamp requirements for motorcycles, for fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, for erection and maintenance of stop signs by local authorities, for registration of snowmobile or ATV and for refunds of tax imposed upon liquid fuels or certain other fuels.
