An Act amending Title 40 (Insurance) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for health insurance reforms and protections to consumers by limiting reasons for cancellation of insurance and by providing for coverage for dependent children, contestability, replacement of group coverage and continuity of coverage of consumers who change groups; and imposing a penalty.
