An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, providing for revenue sources and taxing authority for funding public schools; establishing the Educational Trust Fund; providing for education funding State revenue report; requiring local tax reductions; defining terms for Commonwealth reimbursement of school districts; providing for fairness in educational funding; and making a repeal.
