An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), entitled Public School Code of 1949, adding provisions relating to educational empowerment; providing for an academic recovery list and academic reform school districts and for their operation, for educational recovery grants, local educational opportunity grants and for Mandate Waiver Program; further providing for payments on account of pupil transportation; and making appropriations.
