An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, imposing additional limitations on certain landfills in areas with underlying mineable minerals; providing for participation in environmental law or regulation, for the award of costs, expenses and attorney fees in cases involving coal mining activities; providing for pharmaceutical assistance for the elderly, for pharmaceutical purchasing, for limited prescription drug redistribution within certain health care facilities, for a single pharmacy benefits manager to administer certain prescription programs and for the establishment and administration of the Pennsylvania Extraordinary Prescription Plan; imposing additional powers and duties on the Environmental Hearing Board, the Department of Aging, the Department of Health and the Secretary of Administration; and making repeals.
