Short Title:
An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for manufacture, distribution or possession of devices for theft of telecommunications services, for the definition of "bottle club"; prohibiting certain practices by telemarketers and certain billing practices of long distance telephone service providers; and making an exception to certain fees relating to criminal records.
