Short Title:
An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for display of registration plates, for content of drivers' licenses and for commercial drivers' licenses; providing for petitions for removal of certain suspensions or revocations; requiring political subdivisions to check status of drivers' licenses of employees who drive municipal vehicles; further providing for payments to special funds, for obedience to authorized persons directing traffic, for restrictions on use of limited access highways and for duty of a driver on approach of emergency vehicle; providing for driver duties in emergency response areas; and further providing for the penalty for violation of the duty of a driver when approaching a school bus displaying flashing red signal lights, for maximum speed limits, for depositing waste, for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, for visual and audible signals on emergency vehicles, for periodic vehicle inspection, for prohibition on expenditures for emission inspection program and for regulation of traffic on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
