Short Title:
A Resolution creating an Agriculture Development Advisory Board to review and adopt, based on recommendations by the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of Environmental Protection, a manual of standards addressing the management and processes by which Pennsylvania livestock producers operate their farms; and directing the State Conservation Commission to assist the advisory board.
