An Act amending the act of May 17, 1921 (P.L.789, No.285), entitled, as amended, The Insurance Department Act of 1921, further providing for agents and brokers definitions, solicitation penalties, licenses, compensation penalties and rebates and inducements; providing for agents and brokers disclosures; further providing for agents and brokers misrepresentations and general penalties and for institutional agents and brokers; and providing for insurance sales by financial institutions.
