Short Title:
An Act amending Title 15 (Corporations and Unincorporated Associations) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for fundamental changes of nonprofit charitable corporations; and further providing for filing and effectiveness of articles of amendment, for effect of merger or consolidation, for voluntary transfer of corporate assets, for effect of division, for effect of conversion, for judicial supervision of proceedings and for articles of involuntary dissolution.
